Technology Enhanced Spaces Advanced technology, media and communication tools in classrooms and meeting spaces across campus that enhance leading-edge instruction and collaboration. Teaching and Learning Instructional technology tools and resources that support teaching and learning. Includes support for Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other academic resources. Research Services supporting the Institute's research activities, including specialized high performance computing and storage environments, and high-speed research network connectivity. Infrastructure Core enterprise-level IT infrastructure that provides underlying support for institutional activities. Includes network backbone, data centers, virtualization, and central storage and backup solutions. Security and Identity Services that provide security, data integrity, and compliance for institutional activities. Includes enterprise security, identity and access management and enterprise directory solutions. IT Professional Services Services that are consultative and predominantly customer facing in nature.
